A short course on the relationship between faith, conspiracy theories, and the opportunity this creates for the Church. 

This seven module course, taught by Sarah Bentley Allred, MDiv, will offer a theological foundation for calling parishioners to serve in children, youth, and family ministry. Participants will receive guidance on practical skills such as writing an effective job description, making an compelling personal invitation to serve, and supporting volunteer leaders during the program year. Attention will be paid to how volunteer leadership is different based on church size and participants will develop a custom plan for recruiting, training, and supporting volunteer leaders in their context.
